Having trouble ordering?

My delivery address will not display correctly when entering my order.

If you are having problems entering your exact delivery address, please enter as much information as possible that is correct, then send us an email with any additional information required. For example, if you are not able to enter your apartment number, please enter the street number, then send us a text message or email with the extra information required.  Please use your order number as a reference. 

Do your glitters come in pots or bags?

Our glitters are packed in clear zip lock bags, then packed in a second bag for added protection.  Packing our glitter in bags makes it easier and cheaper with all shipping providers.  If you would like your glitter in a container, we also have pots for sale in 10ml, 30ml, 50ml and 100ml size. 

Am I able to pick up my order?

Yes, you can!  Pick up is available in Lysterfield, Melbourne.  

Pick up is available by appointment only.  When placing your order there is a “pick up “option in the delivery section.  We will contact you when your order is ready for collection, then we can arrange a convenient time for pick up.  

Do you have a showroom where I can view the colour range?

Yes, we do!  Glitter is so much better viewed in person, and for this reason we have a showroom for you to view our entire range.  Viewings are by appointment only.  Please contact us on 0414 417 810 to make an appointment.  

What are my payment options?

Glitter World accepts payment by PayID, Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card and Cash on Pick Up.
