Shipping

Am I able to pick up my order?

Yes, you are!  Pick up is available in Lysterfield, Melbourne

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received before 1pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. 

How is my order delivered?

Delivery is either by courier or Australia Post.  Delivery addresses in all capital cities (except Darwin) and regional centres will have the option of either courier delivery or Australia Post.  Areas not covered by standard couriers will be best to use the Australia Post option.  

 

Australia Post Express Post is also an option for when you really need it fast!

 

All orders are sent with tracking to enable you to track your parcel.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed

 

All orders are packed appropriately to ensure they arrive safely with you.  If your order is damaged during its journey to you, please ensure you take photos of the damaged parcel and get in touch with the delivery company.  Any damage sustained by your parcel is out of our control and needs to be addressed with the delivery company.

How long until I receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our office in Melbourne. All shipping times stated below are to be used as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Australia Post – Up to 6 business days

Express Post – 1 to 2 business days

Courier – up to 10 business days

 

Melbourne metro orders: 1 - 2 business days

Country Victoria orders: 2 – 3 business days

Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane: 2 – 3 business days

Perth: 4-5 business days

Regional centres outside Victoria: 3 – 5 days, depending on distance from Melbourne

Country areas: Up to 6 business days

 

Australia Post Express Post: 1 – 2 days, depending on whether your address is within the guaranteed next day delivery zone.

I have not received my order

Please contact the delivery company and quote your tracking number.  They will be able to help you track where your delivery is.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with you order, please contact us.  For an item to be returned and refunded it must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.  Return postage would be at your cost.
